ThemeForest Regular License
With the ThemeForest regular license, you are licensed to use PestAnnihilate to create one single End Product (the final website customized with your content) for yourself or one client.
✅ What is Allowed with the Single Regular License
| Allowed Use | Description |
|---|---|
| One Website | Create 1 website (on a single domain) for yourself or your client |
| Client Transfer | You can transfer the website to your client for any fee. The license is also transferred to your client |
| Development Server | Install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes |
| License Transfer | As soon as the project is ready for moving from the dev server to the main domain, disconnect the license from the staging domain and activate the theme on the live domain |
| One Active Installation | You can have ONE active theme installation at a time (development or main) |
| Staging Functionality | Development installation will still be functional, except for importing/exporting demo data and installing updates. You can perform all other tasks there without any issues |
| License Switching | Easily transfer the license from your production site to the development one and back again at any time, if needed |
| Free Updates | The theme updates for the single End Product (website) are free |
| Modification Rights | You can modify or manipulate the theme, and combine it with other works to create the End Product |
❌ What is NOT Allowed
| Prohibited Use | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Multiple Websites | With a single regular license, you are not allowed to create multiple websites. For multiple websites, you will need multiple regular licenses |
| Reselling the Same Website | To resell the same website (Single End Product) to another client, you will need to purchase an extended license |
| License Sharing | Any attempt to use the same license on multiple live sites may result in a temporary or even permanent block of the key by the licensing system |
Important Note for Envato Elements Users
If you want to activate another theme or install the same theme on a new domain, please generate a new token (1 token = 1 domain).
